2. Ordering and Payment: Users may place orders for fresh vegetables, fruits, and groceries using the Vegetta app. The app may accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online wallets, or cash on delivery.

3. Delivery: The app will make every effort to deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner. However, delivery times may vary based on factors outside of our control, including traffic, weather, and product availability.

4. Product Quality: We take pride in sourcing only the freshest and highest quality produce and groceries for our customers. However, we cannot guarantee the quality or freshness of products after delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds: We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for any products that are damaged, spoiled, or not as described. Users may be required to provide photographic evidence of any damage or spoilage to be eligible for a refund.

6. User Conduct: The Vegetta app expects all users to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Liability: The Vegetta app shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the app or any products purchased through the app. The app shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to factors outside of our control.
