Shipping Policy

We at Vegetta offer free home delivery for all orders placed through our app. Please read the following policy to understand the process for shipping and delivery of products.


Delivery time:  9am to 7pm for all days


Delivery Area:

We currently deliver to select areas within the city limits. You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your address in our app's delivery address field. We reserve the right to change our delivery area at any time without notice.

Delivery Times:

We offer delivery services from Monday to Saturday(9am to 7pm). You can select your preferred delivery time at the time of placing the order. We strive to deliver all orders within the selected delivery window, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Delivery Process:

Once you have placed an order through our app, our team will prepare the order and schedule a delivery time. We will notify you via email or SMS when your order is out for delivery. Our delivery team will attempt to deliver the order to the provided address. If there is no one available to receive the order at the provided address, our team will attempt to contact you to schedule a new delivery time.

Delivery Tracking:

You can track the status of your order on our app's order tracking page. You will receive real-time updates on the status of your order, including confirmation of delivery.

Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to update this Shipping policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to this policy on our app. Continued use of our app after any modifications to the policy shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.
