If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence of any damage or spoilage to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not in compliance with this policy.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm the eligibility of the return, we will initiate a refund for the product cost to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that we may not refund any delivery fees or convenience fees that were charged for the delivery service.
You may cancel an order up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. If you cancel an order after this time, we may charge a cancellation fee to compensate for the cost of processing and preparing the order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
